- Reisch Bar: Open Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 a.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m., Sunday & Monday from 4:00 p.m.
- Pillows: If you require an extra pillow or would prefer a different type, please contact reception.
- Laundry Service: Laundry service available upon request; charges vary depending on the amount.
- Wellness: Our mini spa is located on level -1 | sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, massage bed

- Room Service: Please contact reception – we are happy to assist you with your order. (All food and beverages served in the restaurant can also be ordered to your room.) Room service charge: €5.00 per person
- Ski Locker: Our ski room is located behind the hotel. Each room has its own locker, which can be locked with your room key card.
- Heating in the Room: We use underfloor heating. The temperature can be individually adjusted by us – please contact the hotel reception.
- Bathroom Radiator: The bathroom radiators are centrally controlled and operate daily from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
KITZBÜHEL INFO – WHERE TO FIND WHAT
- Pharmacy: The nearest pharmacy is Stadtapotheke Kitzbühel (leave the hotel, turn right, walk through the archway, at the end of the street).
- Supermarket: The nearest supermarket is BILLA in the town center (leave the hotel, turn right, walk through the archway, second street on the right).
- Ski Rental: There are several ski rental shops in town. We work closely with SKIRENT MICHAEL and INTERSPORT Both are about a 5-minute walk away.
- Ski Schools: Element3 Ski school and Ski school Rote Teufel – both highly recommended. Reservations can be made at the hotel reception.
- Restaurants: You will find a wide selection of restaurants here in Kitzbühel. We are happy to assist you with reservations – and we also have a few insider tips for you!
